What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is very similar to guided meditation. The subconscious mind receives suggestions more efficiently in a relaxed state. This brain area is more open to making changes and allowing you to heal.

Hypnotherapy deals with the lightest state of hypnosis, the Alpha state, which is similar to the state you are in when you are traveling home from work caught in traffic zoned out deep in thought; suddenly, you find you are almost home wondering how you made it this far. You are in the Alpha state on autopilot; you can physically react to things around you deep in the Alpha state. This mindset is how hypnosis helps you rewire patterns and perspectives to a more positive, healthy behavior.
Generally, you are looking at 6-8 sessions (I base it on the individual). Coaching sessions, nightly recordings, individual tools are all based on your needs. It takes a minimum of 21 days to change behavior. Repetition, consistency, and motivation are critical factors in making changes.
